Every member is encouraged to join and be active in a committee. Our current committees are:

Promotions and Marketing:

This committee works on projects to promote and market breastfeeding the citizens of Maryland.

Insurance and Workplace:

This committee provides information about insurance issues relating to breastfeeding and insurance, and lactation in the workplace.

Legislation and Policy Committee:

This committee works on state and federal legislative and policy issues relating to breastfeeding.

Health Professional Education:

This committee works on educating health professionals about breastfeeding.
